1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver , and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall , also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon , you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine , you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.

31 new milk powder batches contaminated

BEIJING, China (AP) -- An additional 31 batches of Chinese milk powder were found contaminated with the industrial chemical melamine, China's government said Wednesday, further broadening a scandal affecting products ranging from baby formula to chocolate.


Chinese food safety personnel check the fresh milk at a milk collection station in Chengdu, China, Sunday.


The contamination has been blamed for the deaths of four children and kidney ailments among 54,000 others. More than 13,000 children have
been hospitalized and 27 people arrested in connection with the tainting.

The new figure, seen on the food safety administration's Web site, brings to at least 100 the number of tested batches of milk powder found to contain melamine. A previous round of testing, results of which were posted on September 16, found melamine in 69 milk powder batches. Dozens of brands sold by more than a score of dairy firms, including some of China's biggest names, have been among those tested. Tests have also found melamine in 24 batches of liquid milk produced by three of the country's best known dairy firms. It was a national holiday in China and product safety officials could not be reached for comment.The Web site quoted the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as saying it had tested 265 batches produced by 154 different companies prior to September 14. China has a total of 290 companies making powdered milk, the administration said. In the most recent tests, nine of the batches containing melamine were produced by the company at the center of the scandal, Sanlu, a 43 percent stake of which is owned by New Zealand dairy cooperative Fonterra. No date for the testing was given. Melamine, which is high in nitrogen, is used to make plastics and fertilizers and experts say some amount of the chemical may be transferred from the environment during food processing.

sleep-inducer.

REMOVING GALLSTONES IN TWO DIFFERENT PROCEDURES

I just want to pass this two procedures on removing gallstones. I've done through this regimen 4times already and it really works. I want to share this to those having the same problem I had before especially to those less fortunate in financial aspect that can not afford to pay a high cost surgery. this is a simple procedure, in fact I use the Regimen2 for the two purposes, to cleanse the digestive system. Samahan na rin ng panalangin at pananalig sa Diyos syempre! You can e mail me for further info and i will share to you the pix on how it looks like.. Try this, its so easy

Regimen 1
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
(epsom salt doesn't taste good,,,ewwww)

Regimen 2 (cleansing of intestine)

1. for 3 days, do not take any solid foods except for crackers, to take it if you can no longer resist hunger.

2. for three days, take water and apple juice alternately. 1-2 liters of apple juice and 1-2 liters of water everyday.

3. expect lbm will follow, by this process the stomach and intestines are cleansed.

4. on the third night preparing for bed, take a half cup of olive oil and sip some calamansi to break the taste of oil, lay down in a right side position with pillow under your hips alternately to the other side every after two hours.

5. be ready on the 4th day in the morning, enjoy counting the stones!

6. on the 4th day, you can take soft foods slowly so that your stomach
can easily digest, then avoid eating again high cholesterol foods that caused the stones to form.
SO EASY THAN SURGERY!!!!!!
